About Sugarland Homes

Sugarland Homes is a shortlet brand under Grand Elite Leisure, built around a simple idea: a short stay should feel like a home, not a transaction. We started in Owerri, in World Bank Housing Estate, New Owerri, one of the city's most established residential areas, and we're building outward from there, one property at a time.

What we're building

Every Sugarland Homes property is chosen and set up with the same standard in mind, real comfort, real cleanliness, and a booking process that doesn't make you jump through hoops. You see the actual calendar, you pay once, and you show up to a place that's ready for you.

Where we're headed

Owerri is our first location. Lagos and Abuja are next, with more Nigerian cities to follow as we grow. The goal is the same everywhere: properties worth staying in, run by people who actually care whether your stay went well.
